Land acquisition
We buy land in Hakuba ourselves and investigate zoning, access, utilities and building rules before any plan is made.
Planning & design
Designers create chalet and villa plans suited to the site, the snow and the four seasons.
Construction
Building proceeds only after the required permits and building confirmation are obtained.
Sales
Gemini株式会社 sells as the seller (売主). Important-matters explanations and contracts are handled by licensed staff at our Osaka head office.
After the sale
Operation & management: we run our own properties with AI tools. For owners' properties, please consult us.
Construction begins only after development permission and building confirmation are obtained where required.
