Can I use your AI-driven management?
Today it is applied at our own properties (Maykiss, 500 MILES HAKUBA). Management contracts for other owners' villas are not yet offered; please consult us.
Can I sign contracts at the Hakuba branch?
No. The Hakuba branch is a base for our lodging business. Real estate transactions are handled by the Osaka head office.
